SNPL offers a service that allows you to send funds to others and pay for the transaction at a later date. Fees may be associated with certain transactions, and these fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm the transaction.

By using the SNPL service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your transactions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Botswana.

SNPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
